- 2 small avocados, peeled and pitted.
- 2 tbsp heavy cream.
- 4 large slices bread.
- 2 small garlic clove, grated.
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes.
- Salt.
- Place the avocado in a medium size bowl and mash roughly with a fork. Add garlic and a large squeeze of lemon juice, heavy cream mash until silky smooth.
- Toast your slices of bread well.
- Spoon the avocado mixture onto each slice of bread. Sprinkle salt and chilli flakes over avocado mixture. Serve immediately.
- Optional Topping: you can try by adding some additional topping yellow mustard sauce, shredded carrots, feta cheese, sunflower seeds, sliced shallot, sliced cherry tomatoes, poached egg.
